General conditions of sale for products and services sold on the G\u00eete Ethic Simple & Chic website<\/h3>\n

These conditions govern sales by the company G\u00eete Ethic Simple & Chic 1480 RTE DE L'HOSPITALET 46090 LABASTIDE-MARNHAC of online tourist accommodation reservations.<\/p>\n

Article 2 \u2013 Price<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs.<\/p>\n

In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. They will be your responsibility and are your entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. Article 5 \u2013 Payment<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the price indicated.<\/p>\n

Payment for your purchases is made by credit card using the secure Elloha system.<\/p>\n

The card is only debited when the order is shipped. In the event of split deliveries, only the products shipped are debited.<\/p>\n

Article 6 \u2013 No right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code provides that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, transport services of goods, rentals car, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or period. Article L. 221-2 of the Consumer Code also excludes this option for passenger transport and tourist packages. G\u00eete Ethic Simple & Chic<\/b> takes advantage of this absence of right of withdrawal and indicates that for all services falling within the scope of article L. 221-28 or L. 221-2 of the Consumer Code.<\/p>\n

The Customer will have no right of withdrawal. <\/p>\n

Article 7 \u2013 Availability<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site http:\/\/www.giteethicsimpleetchic.com<\/a> and while stocks last. For non-stocked products, our offers are valid subject to availability.<\/p>\n

If stocks and\/or dates are unavailable after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.<\/p>\n

In addition, the website http:\/\/www.giteethicsimpleetchic.com<\/a> is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Therefore the company G\u00eete Ethic Simple & Chic<\/strong> reserves the right to refuse orders for identical items.<\/p>\n

Article 8 \u2013 Delivery<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The products, possibly gift vouchers, are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time limit indicated on the order validation page.<\/p>\n

In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible impact on the delivery time indicated to you.  <\/p>\n

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you have the option of canceling the order under the conditions and procedures defined in article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product we will reimburse it and the delivery costs under the conditions of article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.<\/p>\n

In the event of deliveries by a carrier, the company G\u00eete Ethic Simple & Chic<\/strong> cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals.<\/p>\n

Article 9 \u2013 Gift card guarantee<\/strong><\/h5>\n

As with the purchase of any other item online, with some exceptions, the Customer has the right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of receipt of the gift card.<\/p>\n

Before the withdrawal period expires, the Customer must send the seller a written letter with acknowledgment of receipt expressing his desire to withdraw and return the gift card, which will be canceled. The company G\u00eete Ethic Simple & Chic<\/b> must then reimburse the entire amount paid by the Customer.<\/p>\n

Gift cards may have an expiry date. In France, this period often lasts a year. Once this date has passed, the merchant is not obliged to replace it at the consumer's request.<\/p>\n

In the event of loss or theft, the company G\u00eete Ethic Simple & Chic<\/strong> is not required to replace the gift card or reimburse the Customer for the purchase value of the card.<\/p>\n

In the event of a dispute with the company G\u00eete Ethic Simple & Chic<\/strong>, the Customer can contact him in writing to try to resolve the problem amicably.<\/p>\n
